Prepare for your comeback to court with SQUASHfit – the ultimate boot camp from England Squash to get you squash-ready!
Whatever your age, fitness or playing level, SQUASHfit is a FREE five-week boot camp completely tailored to squash players, featuring workouts and drills directly targeting the muscles, and movement skills that are essential to on-court success.
The national coaching team and England’s finest players including Nick Matthew, Sarah-Jane Perry, Patrick Rooney and Laura Massaro will host ten SQUASHfit sessions on Zoom to help improve your fitness, increase strength and endurance and get your body squash-ready.
So, whether you’re at home or on court, dust off your rackets and join the squash community up and down the country as we prepare to return to court with a bang. Let’s get squash-ready together!
Live SQUASHfit sessions will be delivered every Monday and Thursday at 6pm on Zoom starting from this Monday 12 April for five weeks. View coach and player line-up.
